I would love to write a review, however I still do not have the product. It is day 11 and still no delivery. The post office has no shipping history to report. If I knew “free shipping” means you could care less how long it takes for us to receive our product, I would have gladly paid the $5.95 to actually get my product within a reasonable time. I have since order 2 other things from other places, and received both orders.
well to start off the device is a lot smaller than it looks which is really a surprize because from the picture and the video it looks big as the the ipod touch. Next, say your some place sunny you will hardly see anything that comes up on the screen about the only thing you will see in sun light is the now playing screen which is when you have music playing. About the 8 gb memory its only about 7. something gbs. A big problem with the player i had was that once in while some of the music i rip from my cds would freeze the player which is a mp3 format that doesnt need to be converted. Also some of the movies i had wouldnt play but would play on my psp which also didnt need to be converted. The player scratches way to easy and the touch screen is super sensitive. Well right now the cool thing about this is that its touch screen unless you put it next to the ipod touch it pretty much looks like garbage.
I bought this mp3 player in good faith that the positive review here were true and that stereotypes about generic mp3 players being bad were overplayed. I was very very very very very very dissapointed!
First of all the manual that comes with it is in shoddy english and does not even describe how to use all the features.
Second of all, only about two thirds of the music i dropped into it actually worked. This is very very frustrating. None of my audiobooks worked either.
Third of all, EBOOKS DO NOT WORK ON THIS! I know there is an icon that says ebooks but that is just FALSE ADVERTISING. You can use plain text files, but thats about all.
Fourth of all, unless you use the plastic stick that comes with it, the touch screen is hard to use and you will find yourself often pressing the wrong song, file etc. And there is no place to store that plastic toothpick either, so you have to carry it around with you!
This is by far the worst electronic device i have ever bought. It is a shame because is has the potential to be a real ipod touch competitor. It was a waste of 70 dollars, it was a waste of my time, it was a waste of resources even to make.
DO NOT BY THIS PRODUCT AND DO NOT LET ANYONE YOU KNOW BUY IT EITHER.
I did not fall in love with this product. It works, and it works well, but it is very difficult to use. The setup for play lists is do-able, but kind of a pain, but the picture on the display is nice and crisp, and for the money it does it’s job.
I am looking for a mp3 video player for my sister. We already have the 16GB one. Is this better than that one? It looks very solid and fancy.
