I have been looking to get a blue tooth sound system for myself but I, like many others have mp3 players in everything. My GPS, my PDA, my phone…. I wanted something that would allow me to put Bluetooth on a device I already own rather than spend hundreds of dollars on something new. I recently bought a motorola headset and paired it with my phone, but when I ride my motorcycle the phone is not loud enough. My GPS has an MP3 player but it is not Bluetooth enabled. This product was just the ticket. Pairing was easy, I just press and hold the button on the adapter untill the unit flashes red and blue and then turn on the headset and bam! Your done, now the music is so loud I have to turn it down. I can plug the unit into any device that has a 3.5mm headset jack and it’s bluetooth! Ok yea, the thing is made in China and the instructions were translated in broken English, but it works great!
i have motorola headphone/headset bluetooth…and it found the bluetooth mp3 dongle immideiately and is working fine for me…this is the first time ive used it but i really like this…wirelless is the bomb…..its not a total waste of money,,,i feel like this dongle will actually continue to work for me, and im happy with it so far…..i was about to submit this but i gotta mke a note…any turbulence(aka moving the mp3 player, will make it skip)
Pros: got it cheap
Cons: bad sound quality when connected to my TV. I haven’t tested it on other devices.
If you get 2 hours out of a full charge, you are doing well. 1 dvd is about all it has in it.
First off, the device is smaller than it appear in the picture. It’s a good size, and fits into my mp3 player’s arm sleeve perfectly! The manual has a good bit of engrish, but its not too hard to understand. Be sure to read the pairing instructions carefully, as I misread them at first and almost thought the product didnt work at all. After I figured that little speed bump out, I paired it with a Motorolla S9, and plugged it into my Sony walkman E-345 mp3 player, and the audio is outstanding! It comes through very clear, and at a good volume.
My only complaint is I have noticed that on a very rare occasion the audio will cut out for a second or so. It doesn’t happen often enough to be an issue though. Bluetooth technology in general is a little bit fickle.
Overall compared to other prices for bluetooth transmitters I’m happy I went with this product. $20 and it works very well!
